RESPOND is pursuing a global knowledge agenda to guide and support strategic decisions on the scale-up of affordable and cost-effective interventions to advance the use of long-acting and permanent methods (LA/PMs) and improve the quality of access to services. We are engaging our partners, USAID and the larger RH/FP community to identify critical gaps in programming; further the understanding of factors that enhance or limit LA/PM expansion; and, address both country-specific as well as global needs through the practical application of knowledge.
